Logging in

Visit www.closecore.com and click Sign in.

Sign in using your email provider (Microsoft, Google, or email/password) or your organization's SSO.

If your organization has SSO enabled, you are required to sign in with SSO. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in through SSO.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)​

You can turn on two-factor authentication for your account from the Profile link in the user menu (top right). Some organizations require 2FA for all users. If yours does, you'll be prompted to set it up.

Trouble signing in?​

  • You don't have an account yet: ask your CloseCore administrator to invite you (SSO users are added through your identity provider).
  • You're an SSO user but signed up with a password: use the SSO sign-in option instead; SSO users must sign in with SSO.
