Rolling Forward

On the first day of every period, CloseCore automatically rolls forward your folder structure, checklist, reconciliations, and email reminders for the next period. You do not need to copy your folders or tasks from one period to the next.

To give you finer control over the timing and selection of rolling forward documents, CloseCore does not roll forward documents automatically. Instead, use the Roll Forward button on the Folders page to roll forward your documents. You'll be able to select which documents to roll forward.
